吴江市百达丝绸喷织厂提花高密系列面料的印花技术研究

摘要：随着纺织行业的不断发展，印花技术在提花高密系列面料的生产中扮演着越来越重要的角色。本文主要研究了吴江市百达丝绸喷织厂提花高密系列面料的印花技术，探讨了印花工艺的选择、印花设备的配置以及印花过程中的关键控制点。通过实验对比分析，验证了所选印花工艺的有效性，并对印花设备的运行稳定性进行了评估。此外，还对印花过程中可能出现的问题进行了总结，并提出相应的解决策略。最后，本文总结了研究成果，并对未来印花技术的发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract: With the continuous development of the textile industry, printing technology plays an increasingly important role in the production of tie-dye and high-density series fabric. This article mainly studies the printing technology of the tie-dye and high-density series fabric produced by Wujiang Bida Silk Spun Factory, explores the choice of printing process, configuration of printing equipment, and key control points during the printing process. Through experimental comparison and analysis, the effectiveness of the selected printing process is verified, and the operation stability of the printing equipment is evaluated. In addition, the problems that may occur during the printing process are summarized and corresponding solutions are proposed. Finally, this article summarizes the research results, and looks forward to the development trend of printing technology in the future.
